Denied Medicare claims and who pays

If Medicare denies a claim and you have just supplemental insurance then we will also deny it as well.
If Medicare Tells us to pay the provider we have to pay the provider.
If a claim is fraud you MUST inform Medicare for we can not over turn what medicare tells us to do.
We can not see why Medicare denied a claim you must call them.

If you can find a supplement that it 25$ and cover denied things from medicare..... Telling me that isnt gonna make me beg you to stay... I'm gonna tell you hole chest that's and amazing idea and ask if you want me to cancel your insurance with us at the end of the year to get it.

For today lesson we are going to talk about medicare fraud and how you should report it!!

So for the past few months we have seen a influx in calls about two Company West Lake Rx Llc - Pharmacy in San Antonio, TX and 360 Dme Supplier LLC - Medical Supplier in Hutchins TX. They are committing medicare and medicare supplement insurance fraud, Now you ask me " Asher how do you know this" Well one, the members have called us and said they never order what these people are sending them... and the fact that Dme is showing pertinently closed and they don't answer.

So here are the steps to get medicare to file the fraud claim and help both medicare and your supplement insurance to stop the FRAUD!!!

Step 1.
Confirm the Claim you have is fraud, did they say you got diabetic testing strips but your not a diabetic? or did they send you a walker and you don't need one nor order one?

Step 2.
Call the company and confirm this wasn't a mistake if they are rude or they do not have a phone number move to step 3

Step 3.
Call medicare and advised them you have called the provider, and they ether wont answer or wont help you, and you know its fraud and you want it removed off your medical record

Step 4.
Do not call your supplement insurance We by LAW must pay them if medicare tells us, there is nothing we can do or say and yelling at us only makes you look like a fucking prick and yes we do make fun of you once you hang up and note that your a jack ass

Step 5.
If medicare is being a right cunt and they wont help you please report it to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General( will have phone numbers at the bottom) and report medicare is not doing their job and that these people are filing fraud claims, they will help you out

Step 5.
Wait for the fraud case to be taken care of, once the case it finished medicare will send your supplement insurance a new EOMB and they (your supp) will get their lawyers and will collect the money no need to call

Step 6.
Tell your friends and make sure they also arnt being taken advantage of!

Even if you are NOT over 65 or on medicare its still good to make sure you arnt being over charged or having fraud committed on your account for every $$ you save it keeps premiums lower and more money in your pockets!!!
